At GymFiberTowel.com we ship fresh, workout-ready towels to every corner of the U.S. (and most international destinations) as fast and affordably as possible. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

  1. Processing Time
    • In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
    • Custom or bulk orders (logo embroidery, team packs) require 4–7 extra business days.
  2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
    • USA: USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS 2-Day.
    • International: USPS International or DHL Express (customs duties may apply).
    • Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once the label is printed.
  3. Shipping Rates
    • USA orders ≥ $35 ship FREE via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground.
    • Orders under $35: flat rate $4.95 (First-Class) or $7.95 (Priority).
    • Express upgrades (UPS 2-Day, DHL) are calculated at checkout.
  4. Delivery Estimates (after processing)
    • U.S. First-Class: 3–5 business days
    • U.S. Priority / UPS Ground: 4–7 business days
    • U.S. UPS 2-Day: 2 business days (guaranteed)
    • Canada / Mexico: 6–10 business days via USPS International
    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days via DHL Express
  5. Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a live tracking link. If you don’t see it within 48 hours of placing your order, please check spam or contact info@gymfibertowel.com.
  6. Address Changes
    We can update the address only while the order status is “Processing.” Email Info@gymfibertowel.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once the package leaves our facility, address changes are no longer possible.
  7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
    • Lost in transit: We’ll open a carrier claim and reship at no cost after 7 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) without tracking movement.
    • Stolen after delivery: File a police report and email us the report number; we’ll offer a 40 % reorder discount.
    • Damaged: Send photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
  8. Returns & Exchanges
    Undamaged towels can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. See our separate Return & Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions.
  9. Customs & Duties (International)
    Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees. Refusing to pay will result in package abandonment and no refund of shipping costs.
  10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
    Carriers may experience 1–3 day delays during Black Friday, December, and other peak periods. We’ll email any known delays as soon as we receive carrier alerts.
