We want you to love every GymFiberTowel you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return process has you covered.
- Eligibility Window
• All unused or defective towels may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking link.
• Custom-embroidered or bulk-team orders are eligible for replacement due to defects only; they are otherwise final sale. - Condition Requirements
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• If the towel arrived damaged or defective, the above condition requirement is waived—see Section 5. - How to Start a Return
• Email Info@gymfibertowel.com with:
– Order number
– Reason for return (or photo of defect)
• We’ll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (domestic orders) or instructions (international). - Refunds
• Once the return is scanned by the carrier, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Express upgrades (e.g., UPS 2-Day) are not refundable if the carrier met the stated transit time. - Defective or Incorrect Items
• Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement the next business day at no extra cost and provide a prepaid label to return the defective item (or let you keep it if return shipping is prohibitive). - Exchanges
• Free one-time exchange for size or color. Place the request within the 30-day window; we’ll ship the new item once the return is scanned. - International Returns
• Buyers outside the U.S. may use any trackable shipping method. Original shipping and any import duties are non-refundable.
• Mark the package “Return Merchandise — No Commercial Value” to avoid additional customs charges. - Late or Missing Refunds
• If 10 business days have passed since your refund notification and you still don’t see the credit, check with your bank first, then email Info@gymfibertowel.com. - Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift, we’ll email the gift-giver a store credit in the amount of the returned towel. - Policy Updates
• Any changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Changes apply only to purchases made after the update.
