  1. What makes GymFiberTowels different from a regular towel?
    Our towels use FeatherSoft™ micro-loop fibers that stay scratch-free, absorb up to 10× their weight in sweat, and dry 3× faster than cotton.
  2. Are the towels safe for pets?
    Yes. All dyes are OEKO-TEX certified non-toxic, so dogs, cats, and even horses can enjoy a cool-down.
  3. How do I activate the instant-cooling effect?
    Soak in water, wring out the excess, snap it 3–4 times, and drape it around your neck. Re-wet as needed.
  4. How long does the cooling last?
    Typically 2–3 hours in average humidity; hotter, drier climates may shorten the effect.
  5. Do the towels contain chemicals or cooling gels?
    Zero chemicals. The cooling comes purely from the hyper-evaporative mesh and water.
  6. What sizes are available?
    Standard: 40″ × 12″ (most popular)
    XL: 60″ × 24″ (full-body wrap)
    Mini: 20″ × 8″ (kids & pets)
  7. How do I wash them?
    Machine-wash cold with like colors, no fabric softener. Air-dry or tumble-dry low. Every towel is lab-tested for 500+ washes.
  8. Will the color fade?
    The reactive dye process locks color in; minimal fading is expected after 200+ washes.
  9. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We ship to 50+ countries via USPS International or DHL Express. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

    In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom embroidery adds 3–5 extra days.
  2. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Email Info@gymfibertowel.com with your order number and request.
  3. What is your return policy?
    Unused towels can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid label for domestic orders. See full policy here.
  4. My towel arrived damaged—what now?
    Send a photo within 48 hours to Info@gymfibertowel.com. We’ll ship a free replacement the next business day.
  5. Are wholesale or bulk discounts available?
    Absolutely. Email Info@gymfibertowel.com with quantity and destination for a custom quote.
  6. Can I track my package?
    Yes. Every order receives a live tracking link via email as soon as the label is printed.
  7. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
    Not yet—stay tuned! For now, we include a free blank gift note on request.
  8. Are the towels recyclable or eco-friendly?
    The fabric is 100 % microfiber polyester, which is durable and long-lasting. At end-of-life, drop it at any textile recycling center.
  9. My cooling towel feels stiff after drying—why?
    That’s normal. Re-soak and snap to reactivate; stiffness disappears once wet.
